Aqua Global offers a full after-sales service as part of its long-term customer relationships. The managed help desk service is responsive to the individual needs of each client.

Our standard maintenance service guarantees the compatibility of Intercept e2gen and your selected banking applications and communications gateways. e2gen business processing logic and integration is independent of the banking application version installed. Migration to a newer version of banking application simply requires the compilation of a new application adapter, typically supplied within a few hours. e2gen supports multiple versions of the same banking application and Aqua Global maintain a library of adapters for all common versions of applications.

Changes to message standards is also provided under the maintenance contract. New message standards are provided, typically up to 2 – 3 months in advance, on a CD or as downloadable files for your staff to load and test. Message standard definitions are version dated and once testing has been completed the new standards will be automatically applied on the network cut over date. Previous message standards are retained by e2gen for viewing historical messages.

e2gen provides a continually evolving solution – as new functionality is introduced the upgrades to the contracted modules are available as part of the maintenance contract.

Additionally, we offer full support for all custom developments including future product or standard changes.
